Tripp’s Bio
Tripp has been in the insurance field since 1998 where he started as a claims adjuster for State Farm. In 2003 he became an insurance agent and was appointed with Farm Bureau. After working for Farm Bureau in personal lines for 4 years, Tripp decided he wanted to open an independent agency where he could offer more specialized services to his community. In 2007 Tripp made his dream a reality and Edwards Insurance Agency of Greenville, Inc. was founded!
Tripp is a Greenville native and is a Wade Hampton High School graduate. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction Science from Clemson University in 1996 and is an avid Clemson fan. Tripp is married to his wife Pepe (who also works for the agency) and has two sons Will and Jack. Tripp enjoys being an independent agent so he can educate his clients on the ins and outs of insurance and provide a tailor-made package to his customers.
